nasergivechi.com is the independent creative practice of Mostafa Nasergivechi (ABN 26 203 028 628), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These terms govern your use of this site and any purchases made through it. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Section 1. Content Ownership and Third-Party Works
All original content on this site, including artwork, photography, writing, design, and film, is the intellectual property of Mostafa Nasergivechi unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.
Some pages on this site, including the Library and blog, may feature or reference works by other artists, authors, and makers. These works remain the property of their respective creators and are shared with attribution, under fair dealing, or with permission. Where third-party content appears, it is identified as such. Section 2. Digital Products
Digital products sold through this site are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Each purchase grants a single-user Personal Use License. You may not redistribute, resell, or use digital products commercially.
Use of any purchased digital work in AI training datasets, generative model inputs, or any machine learning pipeline is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies in perpetuity regardless of how AI technologies evolve.

Section 3. Physical Works
Original and limited edition physical works are sold as described on the relevant product page. All sales of physical works are final unless the item arrives damaged. In that case, please contact shop@nasergivechi.com within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy.
Section 4. Prices and Billing
All transactions are processed in AUD through Shopify's secure payment platform. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order, as set out in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs charges unless expressly stated.
Occasionally there may be pricing or product description errors on this site. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time without prior notice.
Section 5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Section 6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final once a file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact shop@nasergivechi.com and it will be resolved.
For physical works, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged in transit. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited by these terms.
Section 7. Shipping and Delivery
Physical works are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once a product is transferred to a carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Section 8. Relationship with Shopify
This store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Mostafa Nasergivechi. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transactions between you and Mostafa Nasergivechi, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions here.
